TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

1. Scope of Delivery:

The website has been delivered as agreed between the client and the provider, including the design, structure, and functionalities previously discussed.

2. Client Review:

The client has a period of 15 days to review the website and report any major technical or functional issues. Errors reported within that period will be fixed at no additional cost.

3. Additional Changes or Adjustments:

Requests for aesthetic changes, content modifications, or additional functionalities not included in the original agreement will be quoted and charged separately.

4. Maintenance:

This form does not include maintenance services. If the client wishes to receive ongoing support, a separate maintenance agreement must be arranged.

5. Acceptance:

By signing or submitting this form, the client confirms they are satisfied with the delivered website and agree to the terms described above.

6. Nature of Service

All services offered are digital, personalized, and delivered remotely. Communication, approval, delivery, and review are done exclusively online, via email, messaging, or designated platforms.

7. Payment Method

Payments are made in advance through the Stripe platform. By making payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital, creative, and personalized nature of the work, refunds are not offered once the project has been delivered in part or in full.

Any dispute initiated by the client with their bank or card provider will be considered a breach of these terms and a violation of the service agreement.

9. Deliverables and Approvals

Deliverables will be sent to the client for review. If the client does not provide comments within 5 days of delivery, the work will be considered accepted. Once the work has been delivered, the client cannot request a refund or dispute the charge unless it can be proven that the service was never provided.

10. Use of Submitted Work

The use, publication, or modification of the submitted work automatically implies full acceptance of the service and the waiver of any claim for a refund.

11. Fraud Protection

To prevent fraud and protect the work performed, Box Media Marketing LLC reserves the right to collect evidence of delivery, approvals, communications, and activity related to the service provided, in order to present it to Stripe or any other entity in the event of a dispute.
